i have cap north node in twelfth house. and i guess im growing into it because i have become a workaholic. also saturn is conjuncting it so i havent really had a choice in the matter, either become responsible and be a worker drone or go completely under financially.

Note the sign of the NN,often teachers,persons who help your personal growth,lovers - persons of utmost significance have this sign as prominent. (you can try with natural NN house's ruler but that's not common)
For example : Sagittarius will be relevant for you. But,it could also be Taurus (as natural ruler of second house) .

Yea trying to be more honest is a good start
It's about more than that tho. Who in your life has planets esp Sun/Moon/ASC conj that point, what did you learn from them, what about at your nodal returns, what lessons were you learning then about your path. All will clue you in (!) Also look at NN ruler and what it's doing in the chart.

Theres one guy, a sag sun.... you know when you look at a guy and just see SEX? Yeahh thats him!! Ive asked for tarot readings about him... 2 readings, from diff people said he might be in my life to teach me something.... i just dont know. Everything about this guy just... he beats all the odds, coincedences and expectations, for me. If i endup marrying him im gonna laugh. Then spend my life in his bed. His NN is in Scorpio... i have a scorp asc. But he has most of his personal planets is scorp. So why would he need to be MORE scorpy? Lol maybe he needs to be less of a flirt with all the girls kinda guy....

Now if im right about his TOB (its just a guess, he seems like a cappy riser) then his nn is in 10 H (midhaven)

Well not everyone has a pile up in the sign of their NN, so his path is diff from other Scorp NN peeps But it's more to do with balancing the axis, not leaning hard on the NN to exclusion of SN.
