I'm on a mission: I am trying to figure out someone's birth year through a composite chart.

I know his birth date and circa when he's born through good old googling

We are working together and I feel a definite spark, but I am shy to ask when he's born.

Facts:
- Met through work
- At work we have shared many ideas and
developed systems/solutions together.

Here are the two different composite charts I named them A and B:

From the two different composites, there are many similarities, such as the ascendant being in Taurus and the chart ruler (Venus or mars according to google?)being situated in the 8th house. I read somewhere that the chart ruler often signifies how/where we met - is that true?

Can you think of other things to look at in the different charts that could make me solve the mystry?

Can you think of other ways (than confronting my colleague) to find out? His birthday is in December, so it's not like I can say "Oh happy birthday, so how old are you now?" any time soon

Would a Synastry chart in your opinion give me a more accurate picture?
