I have the following question regarding the sign on the descendant and potential mates. If, for example, someone has Aquarius on the descendant, should one also look to the 11th house of the natal chart to see what sign is on the cusp, and if any planets are located there, in interpreting qualities of potential mates? Yes and also the sign Uranus is in & what house plus aspects Uranus makes
