I used to take Vitamin B supplements from February to April 2012. It used to be great for the first couple of weeks. And then, I started dreaming about crazy, frightening stuff every night and every time I took naps. I later found out that Vitamin B-6 causes vivid dreams. After I stopped, I still have constant dreaming but with pleasant dreams. I wish the dreams weren't so constant, though. Dreaming almost every night is too much for me to handle.

I have Neptune in the 12th House in Capricorn. Will Neptunes transit in the next sign stop the constant dream cycle?

There was a buzz around here about dreams getting crazy when Neptune first entered Pisces a few months ago.

I don't know if we've all just adapted to it by now, or what.

I take Vitamin B 6 and Melatonin..I have dreams but not every day and not all are crazy,lol

You're right. Neptune is in Pisces now. That could have some connection with my dreams. And also, I'm not dismissing the idea that my dreams have been uncomfortable with B-6 due to anxiety (or some other subconscious thoughts).

Ahummm, Neptune will be in Aries next Do you mean how your Neptune is being aspected? Mind saying what degree it's in? But yea I'd def check with the vitamins first

My Neptune is in 12th House in Capricorn at 3 degrees, 2 min. It's square to:
Virgo Sun in the 8th House at 25 degrees, 3 min.
Moon in Pisces in the 2nd House at 25 degrees, 35 min.
Mercury in LIbra at 8th House at 5 degrees, 26 min.

Quintile to Pisces in Jupiter retrograde in 2nd House at 16 degrees, 53 min.

Inconjunct to Saturn in Saggitarius in 10th House at 4 degrees, 27 min.

Like I said earlier, I stopped taking the vitamins but the dreaming won't stop (although the dreams are sometimes pleasant).

I would blame the vitamins, I usually dreams but I don't remember them from every night. About a week ago I started taking hairs/nails/skin supplements which are a combination of 28 different ingredients. Now I am dreaming every night and remembering them including multiple dreams. I don't think its the effect of Neptune transiting its the vitamins.
