Do you use mi dpoints in synastry?

How you would describe an exact conjunction of his South Node to my Venus-Mars midpoint (Also Moon along with that) ?

That's a tricky question.
If the midpoint is between planets that are in opposition (180*), then yes because it would make a square,
The midpoint for two planets that are square (90*) would make a semi-square, (45*) etc.

Just evaluate as you go.
