IDK it makes you feel like its wrong, but at the same time you just cant let it go..

Just realized about the Saturn opps Sun... Could give the I owe you something feeling.. Thats very binding also, but in a different way than Pluto...
Saturn makes you feel like you just have to, while Pluto makes you feel like you "need to"

I tend to think sometimes that when one's south node is triggered in synastry by someone' sun/moon/angle, the reaction to each other can seem awkward, as if you're somehow reenacting some already lived life scenario. I'm not sure if I make sense, but it's as if the south node (whether it's ours or the one we aspect) trigger deep instinctive reactions and feelings that you sometimes can not understand.

If you don't mind me asking, I'd like to know how your Pluto plays too! You know, it's really uncanny... Your Leo guy has placements similar to mine (Sun Merc Venus), and I'm in love with someone who's a day younger than you so you too have similar placements (if you remember). So my Leo and I also has this Venus-Pluto trine, except I'm the Venus and I feel like I'm the one obsessed with him! (Probably because I also have my Moon sq his Pluto... while his Moon trines my Pluto, so he probably handles it way better than I, if he ever feels the intensity anyway) His moon is also conjunct my Anti-vertex, as well as his Sun conjunct my South Node... so yes, I've been hit pretty hard.

But back on topic... I can totally relate. I feel like my 12H Aqua moon also plays in this with regards to expression problems. My 6H Venus is in Cancer, so you could see why. But my moon holds me back, and tends to intellectualize everything this person has done for me, and thus creating doubt (whether for good or bad). I then retreat into my shell, afraid of getting hurt.

My Venus is also conjunct Chiron, so I believe that ultimately, the biggest roadblock I have to face regarding expressing my OWN true feelings, is the problem I have about RECEIVING them. I'm too afraid of getting hurt (not exactly rejection, just the feeling that comes afterwards), and thus I often choose not to act upon my feelings. I know I should learn to trust myself more and that whatever happens would be for my own good (my own Venus trine Pluto in Scorp), but it can be hard (very much so).

So idk I consider this person my soulmate and we have an intense and great connection that I feel has helped me grow as a person.... But, this has never been a traditional committed relationship its been very "on and off", and whenever emotions get too close to the surface one or the other of us runs away lol

The first is that you find out that it doesn't work out, at the start, a day in, a week in, maybe a month in, maybe even a year in. This will hurt, it will hurt and that is how we learn. But we can pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, wipe away our tears

The second is that you find out how good it is, that it does work, maybe a day in, maybe a week in, maybe a year in, hopefully your whole life in.

So there is no reason to never hold back from how you are feeling. We should never be afraid of what we feel, this is the only way we find out what we want, what we need.

So I will tell you not to hold back, you don't have to jump in head first, but you shouldn't hold yourself so back that you never gave it a chance. Go in with a positive feeling and take it gently, and you'll be alright.

It won't be the end of your world, and you will be a stronger person and a far more attractive person if you go after what you want and you're not afraid to confront your own feelings and desires.

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond, you guys do have pretty interesting synastry!! I'm not the greatest at reading charts but I did notice you guys have a lot with Pluto as you said and you also have Neptune conjunct Saturn which I've read in other threads here can be very intense and feel as though you have a very fated relationship, but either circumstances or obstacles of some kind from one or the other of you gets in the way. Supposedly this aspect means you were together in a past life but one of you broke off the relationship, and now you've met again but whichever one of you is unavailable or running from it in some way may have been the one slighted in the past. Lol don't know how much truth there is to that but here's a link

As far as 12th house synastry, I do have this as well (his venus in my 12th house) but I unfortunately don't know his tob either (he's asked and never got a straight answer). For me the 12th house synastry is a lot like neptune contacts in that I feel like we have a deep connection that's hard to explain and there's really no game playing or lying to each other because we seem to be able to see the other person's fears, motivations, etc. But there is also fear because that makes us vulnerable with each other, and makes the whole thing seem deep and idealistic in a way that maybe doesn't seem like it would have a place in reality. If that makes any sense lol.
