Is it possible to use quincux aspects here? Exact quincunx of his SN to my DSC and NN to ASC. Or does it mean nothing?

I'm not sure about this one. Usually with the nodes we only use the conjucntion, opposition and square.

If your asc is quincunx his NN, does that mean that yous Dsc is semi-sextile his NN ? I'm not sure how that would be felt..some consider other aspect than conjunction ,opposition and square to not mean anything when it comes to the nodes. Some do consider them but interpret them as a soft influence in synastry.

certainly someone can give a better answer

The point is... i already have main aspects to Nodes by the personal planets (My Moon exactly conjunct his SN, his Sun exactly square both my Nodes, etc... ) It's just also happens that there are a lot of other aspects to them, lol. (eg. his NN forming an exact grand trine to my Mars and Venus, and i'm not even talking about sextiles, noviles and other ones... )

Just curious.

Yes I understand. The reason why other aspect than (conjunction/ opposition and square) to the nodes are dismissed is because the nodes are not a physical object (like planets and asteroids.. ) they're opposing points in space, and some believe that for points to be "activated" another body or another pint must be conjunct it. The square is even considered to a lesser extent than the conjunction to the nodes.

I personally believe that nodes connection are very powerful (actually I am really this close to believe that, along with the vertex, they have a huge impact in synastry). I think though that the most felt and most important are the hard aspects : conjunction, opposition and square that are under 3° orb.

Now I also think that sextiles, trines and quincunx, and other aspects also play a role but to a much lesser extent.

You said that your moon exactly conjunct his SN and his sun exactly square your nodes, well this to me would be the most important aspects in your synastry, and thus a huge point of focus! And even more so because it's the sun and moon, and the nodal axis is already linked to the relationship between the moon and the sun (point in space where the moon crosses the ecliptic).

But that is just my own opinion on the subject.
