my catharsis is exercise and writing. actually, anything creative like painting, music, reading, etc. i tend to feel inspired and do my best work when i'm really sad or really happy. i keep an online journal so no need to worry about anyone finding it. i'm careful to not link it to me in any way. it helps to verbalize my feelings in words because i get sort of tangled. not knowing why or what i'm feeling exactly.IP: Logged |

when i was younger, i didn't feel that intense either. as i got older, i realized that i was afraid of my own intensity and was conditioned to sort of ignore my feelings. to write them off as irrational because it's always easier that way than to embrace it for what it is. i share this because you remind me of myself. and i apologize in advance if this offends you because i don't know you. i am just sharing my perspective. this isn't to say that people aren't deep or anything less insightful than scorpio moons because this is very unfair to say. all of the moon signs have an opportunity to transcend to greater heights. but look at this way, they are not faced with the same challenges a scorpio moon has.
