I had been broken up with this Taurus for about 5 weeks and we hung out again and of course we completely clicked again. He said that breaking up with me was the most painful break up he has ever experienced. Anyways were playing our relationship by ear again, but I love him, and we just have this connection that I cannot explain. What do you think it is?  (I'm inside, he is outside). IP: Logged |

Well one of the first things I noticed is all of the angular stuff you guys have going on: First off, you both have Mars conjunct the IC natally, so some similarities in childhood there. His Venus conjuncts your IC. Your Jupiter conjuncts his IC. When someone's planet conjuncts our IC we feel it at the root because the IC is our root  Edited to add: it's especially nice and feels good when the planet touching our IC is one like Venus or Jupiter, although I think it could also stir up your childhood Martian issues as well, but probably not in a malefic way.Then on top of that, his Moon conjuncts your MC, opposing all that root energy. Moon opposite Mars can be...um...spicy. i don;t see it as being as difficult as the square, personally, but there could be a tug of war. Your Moon trines his Pluto which allows for a feeling of harmoniously connecting on a deep level. I personally love Moon Pluto aspects - they feel like you really know the person and I sort of feel like it's a bit of an emotionally psychic link. As far as Karma goes, his Karma conjuncts your Saturn so that's the first thing I noticed in that regard. Destinn conjunct ASC would also indicate that as well but the Saturn aspect has a far more binding quality about it in my experience. And then I also noticed a few interesting things about where each of your angles fall into the other's houses. Your DSC falls into his 4th (water) and his DSC falls into your 8th (water). Your MC falls into his 8th (water) and his MC falls into your 12th (water). So there is a pattern in terms of your watery, emotional houses being mutually impacted by where the angles fall. I think the biggest thing here is the first thing I mentioned however, and that is your ICs being mutually aspected. I think the IC sometimes gets a little overlooked in astrology but it's such a potent connection and can have a deep impact. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the insight Sorcha and I agree, the IC tends to get brushed off in synastry. I read an article that claims that planets conjunct angles are more magnetic then planetary inter-aspects. One of the biggest issues I have with him is that he thinks Astrology is nonsense, and he is really impulsive and tends to take things for granted. Like me for example. But after being broken up for 5 weeks he realized how special I was to him. I appreciate that he wised up and realized I'm important to him. IP: Logged |
