Three planets in one sign...three is a pretty good number, so the person might have a bit of twist to them of that sign. For example, my friend has Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter in Libra, and I can definitely see a Libra side to her personality. It's not very dominant (since it's only three planets), but it's there. Is Neptune, the Sun, and Jupiter all conjunct on another? IP: Logged |

Sorry to go off on a tangent, but, what's a Libra personality really like? Not the textbook descriptions, but what's it like to be around the person?

I agree that it gives the person that sign's personality or vibe. I am a Capricorn, but I have 4 (Moon, Mercury, Saturn, and Uranus) in Sagittarius and 3 in Scorpio (ASC, Venus, Pluto) and I definitely come across as a Sagittarian Scorpio. IP: Logged |

So, my wife's Sun in Leo but with five planets in Virgo would make her more of a Virgo than a Leo? Is that true?IP: Logged |

Not in my mom & dad experience. My Leo-mom had ASC/Mercury/Mars/Neptune/NN in Virgo but she was such a TYPICAL Leo. Virgo..?? pfft I have to think verrry deeply now (this could have something to do with me being a Leo with an asc/merc virgo conjunction?) My Cap-dad had Mercury/Moon/Venus in Sag. but he was such a TYPICAL Cap. Sag..?? Hm... maybe a little little bit with certain energies.. that's all I can say. IP: Logged |

It's possible. Depends on the other planets. Sun is domicile in Leo so that adds more "oomph" to the Leoness in her. My Sun is in Aquarius but I have 3 planets in Sag, 2 of them are the co-rulers of my Sun AND my Sun & Mercury (which is my chart ruler aka ruler of the ASC) are in the 9th house so Sag is more dominant in my chart than Aqua. Well Neptune is a generational planet so you won't see that personally. And I don't know about others but I don't really see Jupiter as a personal planet either. I never see it in people too much, maybe just a side flavoring. I wouldn't think it would intensify your Libraness much. So I would expect you to be like anyone else with only their Sun in Libra.IP: Logged |

Again, if Jupiter aspects a personal planet, or if it's on an angle, you can. Venus squaring Neptune Venus conjunct Jupiter Venus conjunct ascendant

Thank you.
It's complex indeed. The stellium in Virgo is huge, but she seems very much a Leo to me. IP: Logged |

Doesn't indicate anything specific about you, only generalities. You share that with approximately 300,000 or more people born on the same day and about 10 million people born the same month (same zodiac sign). It is your birth horoscope that gives specifics about you: rising sign, aspects to Asc, Moon sign and aspects and aspects to Sun that give more specifics. It depends on the sign in which your Sun-Jupiter conjunction happens and what other aspects are involved. Why not post your chart?

Look to c what house all 3 of those planets fall in. That's where the energy of that particular planet will b concentrated. 3 or more planets of the same sign in a natal chart is called a stellium. But u need to make they r kinda close in orbs to get the full effect. IP: Logged |

Hmm maybe I didn't explain that right. When u have a stellium, look to c what house those planets fall in. That house will b of importance in ur life, things associated with that house I mean. IP: Logged |

I ditto this.. The house is important your planets in that house will have a natural underlying tone of the natural house ruler. I have 4 planets in Leo in H6.. Even though Im leo, and people see me as Leo. I feel more virgo.. Virgo describes my inner self, that I dont necessarily share.. But its there inside me. IP: Logged |

i agree with previous posters, ShyVirgo and 12thHouser.It is true your Jupiter and gen planets like Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are not nearly as unique as your other natal chart aspects like Moon and the ASC plus what aspects it receives. But if such a gen planet is conjunct an angle like the Midheaven or the Nadir (IC), or making really strong aspects to the Moon and/or Sun for example, it does become more unique and way more important... For the stellium, it is not strange to see one taking on qualities and traits of the house's ruling sign. Speaking from personal experience, I have a Scorp Stellium in the 11th. I'm sometimes guessed as being Aquarius and my personality has an Aquarian edge to it. The house where the stellium is posited is extremely important. Analyze the house to discover its meaning and how the planets there will be applied. This house that receives the stellium is overcompensating for all the empty houses in the rest of the chart, so the matters of the house are obviously going to be quite important. IP: Logged |

I am a Sagittarius 4, Sun, Mercury, Neptune and Mars (also ASC). My Mars is at 26 degrees, almost Capricorn, but it still feels quiet Sagittarian. What is weird is that my Sun is on the cusp of the 12th/1st, Mercury is in the 12th, and Neptune/Mars are in the 1st, so I guess this isn't a stellium as the planets are split up between both houses. Now that I think about it, another quirky thing is that Sagittarius is the only repeating sign in my chart other than my 2 planets in Scorpio, the rest are singletons. IP: Logged |
