I have prominent high cheek bones and my mouth is a bit Saturnian, small but defined lips. I have Saturn in the 1 st house, but about 10 degrees away from Asc in Sag. I also have problems with my joints they crack a lot, I have to do yoga or I get really stiff.

I have Libra Saturn conjunct AC exact but I also have Libra Jupiter conjunct AC by 3 degrees.

I don't think I look like the typical person with Saturn conj AC because as I age, I look younger which is sort of a Benjamin Button effect. I'm guessing that has more to do with my Saturn being exalted and positively aspecting a lot of my planets. Generally speaking, people with Saturn on the AC look older than their years and more mature in personality.

I don't look serious, but jolly and cheerful (Jupiter), however I've always been anchored and solid as far as personality was concerned (Saturn).

Majority of people with Saturn on the AC are skinny. I'm not skinny but I am athletic (Jupiter), enjoy physical activity and exploration (Jupiter), but I do have solid bone structure (Saturn) and any slight change in habits, I lose weight easily (Saturn).

i have saturn, mars, uranus, neptune, and mercury conjunct my capricorn ascendant. i'm 6'4" so i have some height, i have a lot of strength but not in body mass, i weigh just 155 but i hit the gym 3-4 days a week to keep my strength and endurance up. i have blue eyes blonde hair and look good, usually rocking a faux-hawk haircut. having a stellium on my ascendant i pay a lot of attention to how i look and come across, i can look intense/intimidating with my style but i'm just an honest nice guy haha

I have saturn exalt in Libra, conjunct my Ac(Virgo) and Sun in libra. Jupiter also conjunct my Ac.

I don't have a cheeck bone but my jawline is wide ( I wish I could have oval shape face . ) , my lips is small and shaped, big eyes .But I have others tiny bony stucture ie. small wrist, ankle, feet ,hands ... So simply just my wide lower jawline.

I have read that when one's born with saturn conj. Ac ,when in one was young --> will look older than normal ,maybe because saturn is closed to oneself when one was born(AC) ,and saturn play a hard role in earlier life, the early chilhood wouldn't be easily maybe this affected the general appearnce. But when one getting older, most of this will look younger ..like cappy
