No, it is almost never the Millionaires AND Billionaires who are generous. And on the very rare occasion that they do, it is 100% PR for sure. No, It is the common, average Joe who usually do more for society and express more kindness, almost always, here is an example:

I'm thinking Jupiter-Neptune, Venus-Neptune, Sun-Jupiter, Jupiter on any of the angles. Maybe trines and sextiles, but a square might over-do the kindness too. I'm thinking Jupiter, Neptune and Moon might be planets to consider when it comes to generosity/kindness.

Moon-Jupiter aspects, especially conjunction, square or opposition. They are inherently charitable and prone to willingly be generous.
