I see Sun conjunct Jupiter, this is a favorable aspect because it shows a natural optimism and cheerfulness that draws a lot of attention, basically a well-liked person who has a big presence. Even in Capricorn, I can see these traits come out, it gives a person a traditional Sagittarian feel.

Moon in Cancer is a rather "public" placement and represents someone who can emotionally appeal to a crowd. conjunct AC, and there the influence of the aspect.

Venus trine Mars is appealing, too. That's all I can think of for now

okay soemthing to do with religion or some sort of morals meh...
i cant imagine a capricorn being BIG well except elvis. There really aren't capricorns that are so apparently famous. So maybe they were just known for something but it wasn't anything like lady gaga or madonna fame.

Nah, this guy was a huge deal for many years in quite a few countries, but not Elvis.

He had a certian very strong moral code, if you can call it that, but not common like in most people..

Warm and enticing, with the cancer rising and moon. But then, the moon is still in the 12th house, like hidden motives.

Neptune in the 3H makes for the ability to delude people at will.

Overall it looks like a polarity between Cap & Cancer, love and discipline.

Then with Sag NN, and the Saturn Pisces in the 9H...it all smacks of religious issues to me.

Uranus in the 11H and Aquarius Venus...people who like kooky stuff will love this person.

I was going to say a charismatic dictator type (Chart Ruler [Moon] conjunct ASC, Pluto in the first, Saturn conjunct MC, co ruler of MC in the 4th, other co ruler conjunct Sun). Definitely did not get any actor vibes.

He had A LOT of luck in illegal stuff for 20+ years!! He was quite charismatic for the last decade or so, not even in the country he was born in!! He is not a dictator but had he got the needed power to become one, he might not have been far from it! As for actor, he was known as the man of a 100 (or 1000) faces!!! He was from western europe...country coming soon!!

He is French and the #1 criminal for 10+ years. He robbed many banks and broke out of jail, in multiple countries, 3+ times. he even held a judge hostage and kidnapped two millionaires. Still, he always had a woman and the public, generally, liked him a lot. He was concerned with his reputation to the extent that he kidnapped a jornualist and brutally beat him, shot him and left him for dead, just because the jornualist wrote some bad things about him. He was indeed capable of deluding people at will and, as I said, the man of 1000 faces (master of disguise.) Ring a bell to anyone yet?
