I have my MC/IC at 29 scorpio/taurus and my moons nodes axis lie at 22 Aquarius/Leo. Can these points be used as points in a grand cross? If so then what type of effects would this have on me?

No. #1 orb is a bit wide, #2 no planetary activation in fixed signs, only the moon out of sign. The Moon is legitimately sq the mc/ic axis, but I wouldn't count it as conj the SN.
