What do you think about the relationship of this couple? They 've broke up 2 years ago ~~. They can be friends but not be a couple? Why?

If you go to Astro.com and make an account and all that jazz, you can make a synastry chart which other members here are much more willing to read than lists of aspects, etc.IP: Logged |

Oh that's not a big deal though! Without birth hours we won't know their ascendants, but you could always use 12:00 pm. as a fixed birth time, what they call a "noon" chart (for cases exactly like these) and it'll still give an idea of what their relationship could be like, or is like. IP: Logged |

They may be attracted, but they are radically different. Opposites attract, but without understanding, patience, and a desire to make it work, they can repel, too.Square sign pairings can definitely work, but they are very challenging without other compatibility factors. Even though this couple does have other compatibility factors, their challenging positions are in Venus and Mars, and since Venus/Mars are love and sex respectively, to me it explains how they can be friends but not lovers/romantically linked. I can see that they have some good positions between them for other things, like Cancer-Scorpio moons, but I feel that the Venus-Mars positions might hinder things in love and sex. They would have to work really hard to make a romantic and sexual relationship succeed. IP: Logged |

one thing that caught my eye was the conjunction between her moon and his mars. it's a very intense aspect that requires a lot of awareness and maturity to make things work. maybe it was just too much for them. also noting the opposition of their suns, libra prefers equilibrium and aries prefers to shake things up. quote:

My friend is libra with cancer moon. she dated an aries man for 3 years but they broke up a long time ago and still talk sometimes.
He was bossy and always thought he was right about everything and would put her down. tried to be her daddy and after a while she just couldnt take it. she dumped him and traveled the world.
she let him know she was gonna do what she wanted to do whether he liked it or not.
funny the same guy also dated my cousin who was an aries/taurus cusp years earlier.

I'm a Libra woman, Cancer moon myself. I hate it when people treat me like I'm stupid, incapable, or a moron, or try to tell me what to do. If I ask for advice, that's one thing, but being ordered around and made to feel incompetent is something that I find upsetting. Good for your friend for dumping him and traveling! IP: Logged |

my mum is a libra sun with a cancer ascendant...
