Partner in 7, Friends and acquaintances in 11, although for acquaintances i sometimes use th 3rd.

Yes. If you are interested in yours, it's the 11th. If you want your partener's friends, his 11th house is actually the 5th. Principle of derivative houses.

Thats what I say to.. Your asking about "his" friends.. So you would look at his H11..

His H1 is H7.. Counting around, his H11 is your H5.

So then you would look at the sign that rules H5 and see what the ruler of that house is, and what aspects that make to help answer the question.
