what has been your experience with the positive vs. negative aspects btwn these two planets in a synastry chart. i have my uranus semi sextile someones mercury and i love their sense of humour. we have a lot of hard aspects btwn our mercuries but that's one good one and they always make me laugh. i'm sure this is the aspect causing it. but anyone have experience with the negative (esp. opposition)??
cafe astrology says the uranus person will view the mercury person as slow/rigid/and too traditional...
how close does this match what you guys have experienced? anything else you wanna add, esp with regards to humor?

My best friend have his mercury in SAG in square to my mercury conj uranus in virgo...We are really good to talk to each other. We can talk about everything. Sometimes I feel we read ours mind. I feel mercury in hard aspect trigg the communication. I love that.IP: Logged |

how much of your good communication do you think is the result of mercury/uranus and how much other mercury aspects. i'm convinced uranus makes the mercury person funny.
i'm the last person when you think of witty one liners, but when i'm with this one person who has their uranus biquintile my mercury i can't help it, they just come out of nowhere.
but yeah, i kinda wanted insight on the harder aspects. thx for sharing. i def like having some hard aspects when it comes to mercury. i have a couple planets in gemini, so debates are nessesary for me. :P IP: Logged |

Me and someone I've just met Mercury opposite Mercury (Taurus-Scorp)
and
