sorry i meant Is it .
Im trying to get a chart for a friend who im sure is an aquarius rising his 8th house is supposed to be virgo i think? but theres like
2 houses with gemini in them and 2 with saggittarius (which i probably spelled wrong) what i really mean to say is if his 8th house is libra and there is no virgo , if someone had sun in virgo would they not effect him at all . by overlays . Is it possible to be missing a sign ? or a house ?
