with others based on moon sign alone? in my experience, when a sag moon gets together with a water sign like cancer, cancer is always left in tears.

I have a Taurus moon and tend to gravitate towards Leo, Sag, and Libra moons. In the end I get attached and they don't really fulfill my needs or get me. I also like Capricorn moons but don't know a lot of them.

I have a Sagittarius moon conjunt Neptune and I am a very sensitive Sagittarius moon.
I have never really had a preference for any moon. They all have their special qualities. Its more of what else is going on in their chart that draws me to them.

I'm a Scorpio Moon

I am in a serious dating thing with a Taurus Moon Guy. He is loaded with Scorpio in his chart! So you would think he would be a control freak in the bed room. NOPE! He actually likes being the submissive one, and or being told what to do. So I am exploring that, with him.

Sorry to just jump into that subject. But we ended up really talking about it last night. Our past with others, things we like, don't like, things we like about each other. And what turns us on.
He told me he has never been able to talk about things like this with a girl and that they usually get up set when he tries.
We have a lot of positive mercury synastry aspects.

But I do notice feeling drawn to people with Taurus Moons. Whether it's a guy or a girl.

I really think sometimes Taurus is a very blessed place to have a moon sign. The stability, the logic, and the sensuality.

I think the earth signs are good for my moon sign. When I was in a relationship with a Cancer Moon guy it was an emotional hell, when one of us got upset and emotional it was fuel to the other persons emotional fire...even though we are water signs!haha...God both Scorpio and Cancer hold on to things! It was pretty bad when would just bring stuff up that happened months ago that we where still upset and holding on too.

Dating Taurus guy, I feel stability taken care of, appreciated.

It's the form of security that is special to each moon sign. For a Taurus, it's being there when we need you emotionally (since Taurus is ruled by Venus I would think this makes it a more feminine placements) and your endurance is what makes us love you.

I like water moons to a degree, I know quite a few of them too. But I prefer Scorpio moons in males out of the three of them, and only know Pisces moons in females. They are alright but hard for me to connect with emotionally. See, I need upfront honesty too and they're not the best at that. It gets tiring reading into "clues" and whatnot.

A Aquarius moon friend and I (cancer moon) were facing the same issues. I decided to give him space because he dropped the whole "i need him more than he needs me " bull *eye roll*

I also believe the water-water moon sign relationship can be richly rewarding , if each of you remember to never go to bed angry.

I am currently dating a Scorpio moon. When he gets ****** off, he gets intense and I decide to just leave him alone.

At times, his behavior can really hurt my feelings, which is why I detach. He doesn't tell me if something hurt him and gets vengeful. I don't blame him though, cause I can get like that too. Difference is, I just shut down.

Yeah, water-water moon relationships need a great deal of maturity from both parties or they can feel like emotional hell. But the "pull" is always there. I think of my Pisces moon ex a lot and , apparently, he does too. *sigh*

I have a sagittarius moon and most of the people I have lasting friendships/relationships with have been fire or air moons. Although the drama of the Leo moons in my life has been wearing on me lately lol. Earth moons are good for my earth sun, and I haven't really gotten to know many water moons very well, except for Scorpio moons who I always seem to get along with...

Iam a cancer moon and cancers are big babies we cry, our feelings get hurt because we are overly sensitive to the slightest jabs and we attach sentimental value to almost everything. Ugh, i saved my old movie stub tickets from my first movie with a boy!! Iam 30 now and i cant bring myself to throw them away lol... I love cooking and fussing over my beloved. As long as they are comfy and fed iam happy.

Edit...

I love scorpio moons. And altho iam a gemini sun, i get frustrated with gemini moons. I love to laugh and be an oddball but they never take anything serious and my taurus rising does not like that lol.

Capricorn moon drive me batsh*t crazy. Too serious and glum for me. They dont get on well with my gemini ways. Its quite disturbing to say the least

as an aqua moon you know what it is ! i only get along with fire moons and other air moons . leo and gemini especially . i find gemini moons really funny and leos are my soulmates . I also get on with virgo moons come to think of it , my last best friend was a saggy sun with a virgo moon and a leo rising , perfect for me . But alas her scorpio venus got too much for my aqua moon so it ended and it was messy and emotional . She is very envious and sometimes evil , i loved it and hated at the same time . we can't not be friends but we can never be BEST friends again . ah well.

i see a lot of similarities in Cancer moon and Scorpio moon! Their depth, and how they hold on to things for a long time! i would be shocked at times that my cancer moon friend would still be holding on to things that's happened a long time ago. even if it wasn't intended to hurt.

i noticed with pisces moons, they like to drop clues, and end up trying to read into those.

2 people i know who want to be with each other have this kind of connection, the soulmate connection but it's the pisces moon and cancer moon but both have aspect to pluto. both of them just read into each other every single day and smile, but wont say a word to each other. their form of communication are their eyes. they seemed to be content with that. i wish they'd approach each other and talk.

i'm not sure if this is a pisces moon thing to just stare and read into another wishing that they'd be understood?

I have a Sagittarius moon and I can't f*cking stand Virgo moons. or most taurus moons. or most Cap moons (even though I have a Cap sun)...earth moons are too boring and "safe" for me. I LOVE scorpio moons..other sag moons..leo moons..and especially AQUARIUS moons! I love weirdos!

I'm a Cap sun, Pisces moon, Leo rising. Weird thing I've noticed is, I tend to LOVE Leo moons.

Maybe because their moon is opposite my sun-moon midpoint.

I never dated one but my brother, brother-in-law, and son with Leo moons are all just a blast.

I married a Libra moon. That's a good moon, too...my husband likes a lot of classical literature, music, architecture, furniture. I think that's really attractive.

Basically I think there really is something to like about all the moons.

Taurus moons love me. Pisces moon is a total sweetie pie moon. Cap moon is the most intriguing/ mysterious moon to me. I don't want to meet another Leo moon lol!

I couldn't agree more. My boyfriend if he wasn't a sag sun I would dump him because that taurus moon of his sometimes is so boring I want to pull every strand out of my head one by one. I too love sag moons there just seems to be this free connection especially when their sun is in aqua....makes for one hell of a relationship.

To the OP I can definitely relate to your post. My best friend is a cancer moon and I LOVE he to death but I could not date someone like her because she's a little too....needy. My moon needs freedom and room to breathe add that to my freedom seeking sun and you got someone trying to escape out the window to get away from the closeness. My best advice when dating a sag moon is be unpredictable and give us our space.

I'm a Cancer moon.

I do well with Pisces moons and often Scorpio moons, and sometimes Taurus. Usually get along with Leo moon OK too, and, interestingly enough, Libra moons. (I am Libra sun/Merc). Even though I often get aggravated when people expect me to just know their minds, I find it much easier to figure things out with fellow water moons. Water moons just operate on the same wavelength. I feel the same kind of understanding with Libra suns and Mercuries.

I have the most issues with Capricorn moons. There are a few other moons that I don't think I'd get along with, but since I only know one person/two people who have those moon signs, I can't really make a fair judgment on them.

I'm an Aqua Moon and I normally "fall" for Gemini Moons :P I'm immediately attracted to their unpredictable nature. I get along best with Cap Moons though. I find them interesting and stabilitizing, I'm a Taurus Sun.

I also get along very well with other Aqua Moons just because we'll generally laugh and appreciate one another's quirkiness and never take anything too seriously, even with stubborn sun signs. I tend to attract Pisces Moons and Aries Moons. I prefer the Aries Moons, most of the time, because of their bluntness. I don't like having to dig through the dirt to understand a water sign. Not that I don't like them :P Two of best friends have Cancer Moon and Scorpio Moon.

I'm a Pisces Moon, and naturally I empathize with other's situations. When I have conversations, generally I ask questions about their experiences. I try not to tell my experiences unless I feel that it will help them. Basically, I want the conversations to focus on them, and not be selfish.
