I owned this book for a few months now. Do you think that it paints a good picture on people's ascendants? How reliable is it for you guys?

Personally, I think it's a good source. I have other books on ascendants, and when I compare other sources with the informations from Anrias' book, I'm convinced.

David Anrias' says that different ascendants have certain physical characteristics, and the looks will vary on the decanate of each ascendant. His book contains sketches which are used as general guidelines. Other books I use for ascendants is Sasha Fenton's What Time Were You Born, and How to Read Your Star Signs.

I find that when you use all three books together, you probably can figure one's ascendant out. I find David Anrias' sketches more helpful than Elbert Wade's site, who also uses ascendant's decanates to determine physical characteristics.

I am Scorpio asc, Scorpio decan, and Scorpio duad. Plus Pluto conjunct it exact..

Would like to know what it says about mine as well..
