I read something here yesterday where one user said every relationship she knew of that had this in the composite chart tended to be long-term relationships/marriages that finally just explode or end in bitter fighting.I know no relationship ought to be judged on the basis of one aspect, we have Sun conjunct Venus, great Moon aspects but on the other hand Sun square Pluto, but since I've read before that the composite almost reads like your relationship's 'destiny', it is disconcerting to think that such love could end in hate. Anyway, I was wondering, does anyone else have any experiences to share with regard to this aspect? IP: Logged |

William & Kate have this quote: The powers of attraction that drew the two of you together are very strong. "For better or worse" describes the two of you. Learn little rituals that make the relationship work. Comfort, nourishment and understanding are key issues here. Your professional and personal lives are intertwined. To maximize the potential of the relationship, enjoy activities that are devoid of emotional conflict. Also, shed a light on your own and each other's emotions.
In theory,I'd tend to disagree with this, would say there is a conflict between relationship's process of realisation and the point where the people are near their goal and finding out that's not really what they feel they need/or objectively as possible that goal is wrong for them. The road to that point = relationship,is good, but starting and finishing points are off,so there is a fundamental dissatisfaction. Would you call this doom & gloom? Other aspects can push you back on the right track. *edit: this aspect summons the image of big family,to me,whose mom & dad are really sticking to their nature given guns, the models of primary male & female archetype, they keep on battling but family is strong and little off-beat Like families from classic films made in Sicily. I don't have much examples for this,so I am bit short in answer IP: Logged |

Thanks for your personal interpretation Venus, it truly does mean a lot.My apprehensiveness is eased, though Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes also had this I think, then again I'm sure they had a mountain of combustible aspects along with the fact that they're a Hollywood couple. But even so, I thank you immensely. And your example is perfect, a simple and succinct way of putting it. IP: Logged |

Yes,we noticed here that Sun/Moon in squares often leads to break up (in progressions) because of that fundamental conflict, not being able to soothe Sun (who you are) in relation to Moon (your home, family) . Feeling you can function in that surrounding. IP: Logged |
