Do you use these aspects when interpreting a chart?

I have pluto sesquiquadrate ascendant at 2'35 orb and I'm not sure what this means. Help please?

With that wide orb, pretty much nothing, i think. It's minor aspect and it is supposed to work with just really tight orbs, like within one.
