I was wondering if any of you have had this remark said to you? If yes, is your chart very Neptunian?

Yes Both physically and the vibe they are giving off,in general. Conjunctions as strongest aspects,and angles as strongest natal points.

Example,MC Sag Ura exactly sq Pisces Asc,that girl has such a striking shade of blue eyes,the most alert eyes ever (Nep in Cap,no aspect to luminaries,sextile to Mars,I think) I placed a bet she is a Sag because of Ura,lost 50 euros,still pining over that incident

Of course,if you want unmistakable physical embodiment,that's outer planet on Asc,under 3 degrees.(again,for that otherworldly trait)

I have been considering all aspects to rising for appearance ,then you have sextiles,trines to Asc,etc but I decided to drop it; was getting too complicated; It is not the aspect itself,it is planet + angle that creates the magic,like some omnipotent portals. We had similar discussion here somewhere,that got me thinking,poster was naming all the aspects to the rising,and found appropriate connection to their physical appearance.

I settled to:

*Rising and/if Conj under 3 degrees; ~ sign of its ruler (eg Virgo Riser,so let's say pear shaped and lean,but Merc in Tau,so thighs would be stronger than they usually are with Virgo risers) ~ physical appearance is fundamentally determinated by rising,and it's ruler gives specific shades to it; even if planet conj rising,it is the sign of the rising that's no.1;

*H1 planet(s) - again,as shades;

*Oppositions to Asc (tightly,2degree),as shades;

*Squares to Asc from IC/MC under 2 degree; (still have to find substantial material for IC)

So,everything breaks down to the first angle.

Not is she only stunningly beautiful, with strange blue eyes, but she was born with a severe heart defect, had 3 surgeries by 3 years old, due to her anomolous congenital structure, her stomache is on the wrong side, she has 2 left lungs, well one on each side, but both have 2 lobes instead of one 2 and one 3, she has not one spleen but many little spleens....and other anomolies that only a clinician would appreciate~

Neptunian and Uranian people seem to hail from an area of somewhere out there that are both not your ordinary 3d.

I am highly both, and Plutonian as well, ahmmm...we'll stop there

Yes he has ASC pisces and massive h1 aries stellium for need for expression, and Sun trine Uranus, for offbeat in acceptable way, but Pluto right on DSC in his characters really seems the manner in which he meets others. Oh,yes,good example I was watching him in Once Upon A Time tv show,where he plays Rumpelstiltskin,who is very Plutonian. Besides,there is some darkness in his eyes,that makes you wonder,so,yeah very good.(and his Chart ruler is in Scorp,another colouring)

I have Moon/Nep conj (4d) (and Mars sq Nep) and not once was I mistaken for a Pisces. I do have Nep eyes,though,very specific blue-green hue,and another snowflake here,Hera,also has this and our eyes are practically the same in colour.

I am very cardinal,physically very Libra/Cap with occasional Can soft touch. Mystical never,distant and haughty but well dressed - almost always people comment like this.
But,rocking out my DSC Mars,oh very much + plus I would wear red like,all the time.
