When reading interpretations on cafeastrology I noticed that the author often wrote that sextiles are something one has to call upon? How exactly do you tap into a sextile aspect in your chart?

Also are trines just a part of your personality naturally out do you have to work on those as well?

I have sun trine uranus at 0'09 orb and sun sextile pluto at 1'32 orb

Those are good aspects to have Chiemi

Trines and sextiles are ingrained in the persona. They are effortless charms.
So no, they're not aspects you have to work on.
