What are the differences between Taurean and Libran women?The universe has recently been sending lots of Venusian-types my way, presumably to restore my faith in humanity, and I've recently forged close friendships with two women, both practically neighbours to me; one a Libra with a Virgo moon and the other a Taurus with a Libra moon. There has been the suggestion that Earth is a better planet to represent Taurus although we don't include earth in astrological charts at this point at least. That being said Libra = Air
Taurus = Earth so it would stand to reason that Taurean venus would take on more earthy, grounded, natural beauty whereas Libran venus would represent more of an airy, ethereal, balanced beauty. IP: Logged |

In terms of beauty and appeal, I find taurean represent a more integrated image of beauty than Libra. I find libras beauty to be somewhat shallow and on the surface.
Taurean have a beauty that is rooted deep down, and their appeal is very natural , raw and animalistic ( which I myself find very compelling). With libra , everything is engineered, balanced and averaged in order to reach that point of perfection.meh. ''''I'''' find that to be boring.IP: Logged |

I also want to add that since Libra rules the 7H , Libreans won't be as knowledgeable with their own inner-self as Taureans. Thus their beauty is not as genuine.

I meant personality-wise mostly. They're both extremely nice people and very supportive; the Libra girl is content to be single and is sort of set in her habits while the Taurus girl is more like me, more sexual, more relationship-oriented. The Libra is more inclined to tell it like it is while the Taurus seems a bit more diplomatic. But they're both very sweet girls. The Taurus is saccharine sweet and it's just impossible not to love her, while the Libra is a bit more guarded but really solid as a rock and very genuine, once you get her to let down her guard.I had a similar experience with a Taurus before where we became the best of friends very fast and were spending so much time together that it was like we were dating, but then we had one bad argument and the whole thing imploded and we haven't hung out since  . I can't see that happening with this Taurus at all, but you never know. I know that with "fixed" women, you hit their sore spot and it's game over. I'd like to avoid that if I could, but I know that sun sign squares can be tricky to navigate. I think that with her airy moon, though, you know, she wouldn't lose her temper as quickly or as ferociously as the Taurus from my past did. Being a volatile Uranian myself, I don't respond well to losses of temper  . In terms of physicality, the Taurus has a very earthy beauty, that's true. She has very large breasts and looks like a real earth mama. She often foregoes makeup. The Libra, though, has that very glamorous beauty, even when she's not trying. Her skin is flawless. Her hair is long and perfect. Her proportions are modelesque (she's 6'1). Nothing on her is large, everything is in proportion. IP: Logged |

Libra, fake or superifical beauty.Libras are lighter than Taureans. Taurus, natural, dark and more sensual beauty. Libras are more peaceful loving, more diplomatic, more intellectual than Taurus. Taurus is more sexual and more down to earth than Libra. Taurus has a darker side than Libra... it can be possessive and jealous.. Libra not so much. Taurus and Libra are both lovers of beauty and can both please their partners well... although Taurus is more inclined to be selfish than Libra.. Libra being the ruler of the 7th house is more relationship orientated. while Taurus is more possession orientated (ruler of the 2nd house) Honestly I prefer the Libra type.(and I also have a stong 7th house influence in my natal)IP: Logged |

I have a strong 7th-house influence; perhaps this is what is drawing in all the Venusians? Every person I've befriended this year has been a Libra or Taurus.IP: Logged |

Really don't like how people call our Libran beauty "superficial". And I don't agree with it in the slightest. I am a Libra and know a lot of Libras, and even though they appreciate beauty, don't forget that Libra is an intellectual air sign, and a bossy cardinal sign. I would say that the biggest differences between Taurean and Libran women are in their elements--earth and air. I would also say that Taurus is more practical whereas Libra is more intellectual--not that Libras are more intelligent than Tauruses, just that Tauruses are more down-to-earth in the there-and-now, and Libras are more in the world of ideas. Tauruses are more decisive, and we are more flexible. I'd say that as a team, they can balance each other out.

Superficial is not always a bad or negative thing.. i mean superficial in the way libras are more into makeup and glamor and not so much into "natural" beauty. Its not a bad thing.. it can be fun.. its actually quite natural.. some people prefer natural .. some prefer makeup/overly done and fashionable looks. whatever suites your fancy.. personally I LOVE libras.. i wouldn't change anything about them! thanks for clarifying! when I think "superficial", I tend to think of it in like the dumb, air-head, only cares about looks and judges people on how they look, insincere, etc., but thanks for pointing out another way of looking at it! In that sense, yes, I agree. I'm not an outdoor girl, or a nature girl. I like pretty gardens and flowers, but real nature is like animals eating each other, blood and guts, freaky animals that attack or bite or carry disease, scent-marking, and just yuck, yuck, yuck. I like pretty nature. Like mountains, flowers, cute fluffy animals like dogs/deer/rabbits (when they aren't engaging in any of the above-described "ugly nature" things lol), the sky, large bodies of water, rainy days, autumn, spring, things like that. Honestly, I'm a wuss when it comes to outdoorsy stuff. I admire Taureans for being more sensible than I about those things and having a do-what-needs-to-be-done-without-freaking-out approach. And I definitely prefer makeup. I have to have at least foundation. I don't usually do a lot--often just mascara and foundation--but every now and then, I like to experiment. and you're a Leo lady, right? Leo women are awesome too  I admire that Tauruses are not squeamish like me. I respect that they're more practical and don't freak out as much as I do. They are more serene. I'm an air sign with four water placements, so I can get anxious. They have a stabilizing and calming effect, and they share the love of beauty. (And I'm talking about the good Tauruses here, as I know that as with any sign, there will be bad apples, but I haven't met many bad-apple Tauruses, and none recently). IP: Logged |

Iam taurus rising... And i can def say taurus are more "its mine" and inclined to a more materialistic possesiveness. Objects of affection are important to us. We need material prove that you like/love/thought of me. And the only make up i wear is blush and mascara. we are grounded, stubborn and very earthy. I get that compliment alot. Organic... Cooking, gardening and putiing things together, like crafts..etc are very taurean. We are practical and really really slow. We are slow walkers, we like strolling, we eat slow, more like savouring every morsel and talk slow, normally we think before replying... Slower to react emotionally. Its not about games.. projection is very subconscious.. its done by people who have little self awareness and unwilling to do self introsepction/work.. but yeah its probably your mars in 8th that is making you jealous.
