Playboy type with very intense passion.Sag sun moon and mercury points to a lot of energy focused on 9th house philosophy, spirituality. I'm guessing he would be very fun and attractive to many women. Venus scorpio is intensity in love as well as possesiveness. Really passionate and attractive to women as another person said. VERY arrogant and full of himself depending on the house of his Sun, Moon, and Venus. If in the 12th house, maybe not. Venus and Mars have Pluto and Mars as dipositers. He could very well be extremely sexual or very much into the conquest of love. He may be socially inclined and draw followers if Mars is trine all his inner planets. He'd have a temper or easily aroused emotionally but probably could not stand this trait in a woman. He has no planets in an Air sign. He is probably lacking in objectivity, sees things from a more subjective point of view, and likely hard to discipline if Mars is squaring all his outer planets like Saturn, Uranus, Neptune. He will probably be very active and travel a lot if not play a few sports.
