If her Asc. is Aquarius, then her Venus would be in her 1st house. That's a possibility..
And if this were true, her Sun, Merc. and Neptune would be in her 12th, which would explain that Piscean allure...

When it comes to appearances, i think maybe some of the people interested in using astrology to distinguis between traits should remember that there are body parts ruled by signs.

Just because a photographer or stylist set her up in an odd outfit does not mean anything about her is aquarian. Lot's of people in the fashion industry have a trine between venus and uranus.

As such, i assume she has a gemini rising because of her eyes. Gemini rules the arms, lungs, the brain, etc... Along with it, i've talked to other astrologers and the eyea are also another prominent gemini trait.

Is it just me or is she odd-looking in a scary way? Then they drown her in weird makeup and have her make stupid faces, and that just makes it worse.

Which isn't to say I don't appreciate weird - Lord knows I do, with Venus quintile Uranus - but I genuinely find her off-putting physically, somehow.
