I think it's because, in general, people are only posting their picture and their sign, instead of trying to contribute exactly what it is about their looks and features that they think are indicative of their sign. Or of anyone else.

The goal of this thread was to identify physical traits associated by each moon sign. This could technically be accomplished without posting photos, but they are good for reference.

Thanks Moonfish!! Sorry I haven't been back to read through all the comments in this thread recently, but I think looking that way is partially my Cancer asc... Haha and not weird at all thanks!

I saw your pic before you edited and you're very feminine and youthful as well, I can definitely see the Pisces moon and asc, very pretty!!

Also, I agree lovehate, the rising sign is imo the first thing to consider when looking for common physical traits!

also if somebody has a 1st house stellium they would appear more aries says a blog i once read and stupidly can't name .

and where venus falls in the chart would either make the native think that part of their body is attractive or that part of their body is attractive .

for instance someone with venus in their 3rd house would have nice arms and legs or think they have nice arms and legs .

One might even consider just on a general level that too much of one sign can make the native appear like the opposite or be able to carry off traits of the opposite .

That was my point, too, actually. I've ALWAYS thought it's about the ASCENDANT - its aspects, rulership, and so on - not the Moon sign. Which is why I figured I'll throw mine in for the heck of it.
