my temper was really bad. it'd almost always manifest physically rather than verbally. i hate to play the blame game but a lot of it stemmed from a less than ideal childhood. a lot of unresolved issues between my father and i. in grade school, i'd get jumped or threatened by girls' boyfriends or brothers. i admit that i deserved some of those ass whoopings lol but most of the time, i didn't. of course, people are partial to the girl's side than the guy's. and that just added more fuel to an already burning fuse that i tried to snuff out by suppressing it.

now, i have better control of my anger. i don't suppress it anymore, but rather redirect it into something else like exercise. i tell myself that i'm not going to let people ruin my good mood or give people the reaction that they're seeking or allow myself to stoop to the level of a rabid animal. like someone said earlier, i control my anger, not the other way around. being open and verbal about my negative feelings helps too, instead of just simmering which nothing ever gets resolved that way. oh! and pursuing women instead of girls keeps the drama at bay.

come to think of it, staying angry is so draining. i'd rather just take a deep breath and move on. make room for happiness and serenity than sadness and anger.

I am really glad to hear that u reach this point when it comes to anger!

It takes a while for many humans to even understand this point, and choose this path.

Altough u are far ahead of others, to be honest it has just started.

Your job now is to master it. the emotion Anger without getting absorbed or consumed by it. Remember when i said, that it is you who shall commmand this emotion and not the other way around. If u can pull it off..Then u will understand that anger is not bad in the right hands. IF u can wield it with the sense of justice and to protect others instead of yourself u soul will soon get acces again to it's lost knowledge'.

U must remember the times.. when in battle the power of anger and rage gives u...Its like a shield unbreakable..Fueled with unlimited energy only for a small period of time.U must felt alive in that one instant.
But at that stage u got consumed afterwards, only looking for destruction..even after the battle was done, inside of u it was still raging..wich is suffering

Protect your loved ones by fusing anger with the love to protect them and to even sacrifice yourself..But do not feel the anger..;but call upon its energy..Dont become it..use it only then u will gain control over this ability wich will gonna give u lots of fun in live and those around u.

U lived in depth and are made for power u will always have sensed that..Learn to wield it..for this is just the beginning for more things are to be mastered

Neptune:As i walked trough the kingdom of Souls
The Master of that kingdom greeted me
And i asked if there was anything new to catch up?

Master: Yes, something very odd..
As i was doing my routine, i came across a soul sitting on the sidewalk and next to him sat an emotion wich is not unusual, but this was Anger wich is pretty unusual..

And it was like i heard laughing wich is even more odd, so as i approached i overheard there conversation:

Anger:*smiling* I remember the times when u gave me power.I took over and did my thing.

Anger:*smile dissapear* In the process i affected other beings lives negatively and in return they would do the same to u or others.Soon a chain reaction starts.

Anger:*Loud laugh* I remember Sadness once told me..

Sadness: U are such a Fool! Creating havoc
with only your vision of destruction.How can i ever like u..when u are my worst enemy! U are worthless good for nothing only destruction!

Anger: Even though u think im an emotion and not alive, even i feel sad because of this, in return sadness feels anger.

Anger:*tears* One day maybe she will understand that i only destroy because of my sense of protection..i'm not that bad i got some good..I only destroy when someone hurt the ones i love.

Anger: Anyway i was created to have no limits, i like it more when u are in command, but i cannot give command to someone who is weaker then me...u should understand that and that's why we fought and struggle many times..But Now you reclaim u power again i can resign and rest a little bit

Soul:*Smiles*

Anger:One day enemy's now allies ^^
funny how things can turn.

Soul:*big smile* Life is interesting to say at least.

Anger:*serious* Old friend, as u go further in Life, enemies will await u..One of them is fear..he is more powerfull then me,smarter and more lethal..but remember one day enemies..one day allies..U might need me against him

Master: *Laughs out Loud* That Noone knows for all have yet to be written

Master: Dear Neptune, Times will change, as mankind grow larger in number, and bound to that thing they call money, wich gave them freedom now became a prison to rule their lives and hearts.

As u multiply the number of men, so shall u multiply their frustration, for men will be packed in city's in buildings as high as mountains, where one day u travel years to reach a destination, now it is done in hours, in such way the world has become smaller, and as smaller the world gets, it will headbutt against the growing frustrations, multiply with not trusting noone, so that even a fool can see what can happen.

Neptune:*Depressed*

Master:Fool! What are u so depressed about..Life was not created to be destroyed or fail, stand your ground soldier!

Neptune:*Inhale deep* sorry

Master:*frown eyebrow* Stop excusing for something u can prevent sigh

Neptune:*smile* Ill step up my game!
