I'm a HUGE travel nut. That is all I have ever wanted to do, and I do it often. I often go on trips on a whim. I love backpacking foreign countries. I go by myself because no one else around me has the balls to go to the places I wanna go and do the things I wanna do.

I definitely think it's a Sagittarius thing. I have Sag moon, mercury, uranus, and saturn. My 9th house ruler is the moon in sag. Sag Mercury conj Cap Sun. Jupiter is my most aspected/strongest planet.

So, in short, *I* am the best travel buddy..LOL

The best travel buddies are the ones that won't get you involved in human trafficking or arrested in foreign countries.

I love travel, Sun conjunct Jupiter, Saturn in my 9th house, and Sagittarius is the ruler of my 8th house.

I like traveling. I have Sag ASC plus two planets.

However, my Libra sun is particular. My main travel interest is Europe, though there are some parts of the US and Canada that I'd like to see. I'm on the fence about Australia. I'd love to see the Sydney Opera House in person, though.

I like cities in general, but excursions to smaller places are nice.

I don't do backpacking, hostels, or places off the beaten path. I also prefer to stay in modernized countries that have fairly good safety records, especially in the places that I want to visit. There are some countries that I would not go to at all, as I wouldn't feel safe. Safety and security are important to me in traveling. I definitely do not do camping or go without modern conveniences. I'm most certainly an indoor girl. I like my adventure safe and luxurious. I don't need to see the quirky places, and I also don't need to see the tourist traps: I like to be in the middle. I want to see the beautiful, and I want to be comfortable.

My 9th house, incidentally (9th house traditionally associated with Sag, known for being a travel-loving sign), happens to be Leo.

yessss! me too, sag in mars, saturn and uranus in 10th.

I love a good adventure, and I love traveling by myself. I think everybody should be forced to travel by themselves purely for how much you're going to learn about yourself and about the world.

I like exploring and learning about the region by going to the little towns and the off-beat places that aren't just massive tourist traps. I can't wait til my next trip!

Yes, definitely the Sag placements. Two Sag friends are constantly updating FB on the most exotic places they've been! I love travelling too but I have been travelling with a Sag person & admit I am completely unable to keep up with them!! Two of my children have sag rising & one has mars in sag, they are such keen little travellers. They are happy to go anywhere & everywhere. We do lots of long road trips, like 12-24 hr ones, & they don't need dvds or games or anything. I've taken them overseas twice & they were not in the least bit intimidated by being in a different country, different language or cultures. It just fascinates them. Also they just love nature, the outdoors & being somewhere, ANYWHERE, new!! They read Atlases from cover to cover. They ask me to quiz them daily on geography. They are planning our next holiday already & they put their pocket money towards travel! In fact the only problem is they exhaust me!!

That IS cute about your kids Dreamweaver! (Also I love your forum name) I traveled a lot when i was little; my parents really worked hard to make traveling a huge priority in our lives and i can't thank them enough for it and i'm sure your kids will do the same. <3

I've always wanted to go to Morocco!

so, what would explain a sigificant interest in travel when you do not have any sag or 9H placements?
