to make decisions under a mercury retrograding period? Mercury retrogrades 3 times a year and it last a few weeks. Does anyone here put life on hold until mercury goes direct?

Sometimes you Have to act during this period,
when you do,
and then later Mercury goes direct and it hits the degree of your decision,
you will make revisions.

Other than that, I try to avoid major purchases until Mercury goes direct.

I personally don't look at what the planets are doing I just go on with my life haha. I don't let no one or anything dictate moi.

I agree that you can't let transits dictate decisions. I just had to make some important ones last week and hope that no unforeseen circumstances happen. Stuff I couldn't put off.

Depends if your heavily mercury influenced you might want to slow down. Personally last Retrograde was tough for me because of influence of mercury in my chart. No matter what I did, I had to do things three times in order for them to be completed. Two job interviews missed because of miss communication.

Well, life goes on, so you can't let what's going on with planets dictate your life.

However, you can simply use more caution during those periods.
