Which one expresses your behavior in the meantime ? and have a much stronger effect on you ??

I know the natal is the core, I'm just toning it down between these two.

If i understand correctly the effects of a solar return only last about a year but a progressed is much slower and last longer... Predictive astrology very complicated.

srMoon v. pMoon. I think the pMoon has a stronger effect.

I would say the progressed moon in signs AND houses are important. I also like looking at my solar return every year but it dosen't always come true. Progressions & transits have to back up the solar return.
