If you had the opportunity to form a relationship with someone whose Mars sign was the same as yours, would that be a bonus or a bad thing?
I am Sagittarius Mars and I would never want to date a man with the same Mars sign, even though the passion would be incredible.

Why not? Because you should know better than anyone that Mars in Sagittarius doesn't take sex seriously, it's like sport.

My Mars is in Sagittarius, too, and yes, definitely, if anything else was nice as well.However, my DESC-ruler is in Sagittarius, too, so might figure in as well. IP: Logged |

my bf has gemini mars just like me and it falls in my 8th house.
The only time we agree on something is when..  but he's a scorpio.

My Sun-Mars conjuncts Pluto too, in the 8H and No I've never seen a fight between scorp mars, nor have I been in one.

Sure. I thought you meant would you date the SIGN rather than the same Mars sign. But anyways what would be even better is if they were Gemini Mars so it could be in my 7th house. My Taurus Mars is in the late degrees as it is...but yeah sure. It might take us forever to get anything done though, lol.IP: Logged |

Pretty much every dude I've dated have had a little Pisces/major Neptune action going on somewhere. My Mars is also conjunct my Piscean DC as well as the Vertex, and the tightest orb in my chart is a Venus/Neptune aspect, so this sign is always going to play some role of prominence in my romantic life. (Perfectly enough my boyfriend has a Pisces moon and Neptune conjunct his Sun/Mercury) Oh duh, I didn't even read the question properly. Iiiii don't think I'd date another Pisces Mars. A Sagittarius Mars seemed to be the overwhelming majority in my romantic history (it would be trine my Venus/in my 4th house). Libra Mars is my second favorite. I like Air/Fire action in a man. Well my Mars is in Cancer...but it's also Conjunct my Sun and Asc in the 1st, and my Conjunction forms a Yod with my Uranus (which is a Singleton) Jupiter Trine so I've actually never liked Cancer Mars without some sort of Fire/Air/Earth to back it up. In fact my crushes/boyfriends tend to be or have a strong Uranuian or Aquarius focus (BUT with Water going on somewhere). But right now I'm actually (oddly enough lol) VERY interested in a Cancer Mars and Mercury (my Mercury is in Leo lol...so it's terrible I'm WAY too out there, overly passionate and blunt for him...even in emails). And this is the first time this has ever happened to me. In fact I tend to not like Cancer anything EXCEPT for the Sun...usually I find Cancer types to be whiney, and very passive aggressive. His Mars Conjuncts my Sun/Asc/Mars. And it's terrible I really want him lol. We're friends now...so probably nothing will come of it. On the plus his Mars has a Trine to Pluto, but sadly an Opposition to Neptune. And the weird thing is I have NO IDEA how a pure Cancer Mars would go after someone or something. I know I have no problem going after something I want...but that's because it's in the 1st and has an Aries flavor. But regular Cancer Mars has always struck me as the type to want someone to come to them (and I think his Taurus Venus certainly does not help things). We also have the same Venus Sign. But he's a double Gemini, and I'm a Cancer with Cap Moon. IP: Logged |
