according to this site
pluto, uranus, chiron, neptune, and saturn are all retrograde now and will be for a couple more months.

i haven't had too much trouble, except my phone breaking..but that happened the day mercury went direct.

has it been hell for you guys..or?

Saturn went direct on June 25. So that one is direct. The other ones need to be looked up to know each dates they go direct. I think if your sun/asc rules that planet that is retro at the moment, I would pay more attention. It will more likely effect you more.
I noticed sleep has been modified during Neptune transits which governs the area of sleep. I find myself more cynical about people's motives(Uranus=people).

5 Planets? I just went over the site and it only show 3 retro planets: Chiron, Uranus and Neptune. And they are right.

5? i see 3 planets in retro: uranus, neptune, and pluto. chiron is in retro but it is not a planet

pluto has made me re-evaluate everything in my life. i did impulsive things that i thought weren't right or working for me. for example, i ended a very important relationship because it did not feel right. i quit my jobs as well. i've had to backtrack and fix things because i realized that i need to just chill out before i take any drastic action. in a nutshell, a lot has changed.

Chiron from June 12, 2012 until November 14, 2012.

Uranus from July 13, 2012 until December 13, 2012. Uranus in Aries

Neptune from June 4, 2012 until November 11, 2012. Neptune in Aquarius

Pluto from April 10, 2012 until September 18, 2012.
