I was curious about the North Node and how often it changes signs, since it's considered one of the most important connections in synastry. If I'm not mistaken, it only changes signs every 18 months and only by about one degree every day. So, what I'm wondering is, how is there any variety with people born around the same time in synastry? Isn't the synastry going to feel the same way? My boyfriend and I have about 5 North Node connections to the Moon, Mercury, Juno, and almost in range of sun I think. However, he also has these aspects with his ex girlfriend (she's born 13 days before me). So, I'm wondering how that works out. Does he feel the exact same connection with both of us? I think our degrees with these aspects are closer together than their's were, so it might be stronger in that aspect.Anyway, just wanted some feedback on this. IP: Logged |

Hello WaterBearingMaiden! Welcome to LL A lot depends on what Natal planets are aspecting the NN in the chart. These same aspects will be inner-aspecting the synastry's partners planets. Keep in mind aspects to the SN as well. IP: Logged |

But if my boyfriend and my boyfriend's ex girlfriend share the same aspects with his NN how can it be different? That's the part I'm confused about.IP: Logged |
