Just curious.

In case I'm not clear, I'll give a brief example: some Libra suns evolve to become eloquent champions of justice while others become gossiping, vacillating, decadent socialites that can't be trusted on anything. What inspires one to become the former or degrades another Libra sun born about the same place & time into the latter?

These are extreme examples, of course, but I hope my question is understandable now.
