Does the energy of aspects always flow unconsciously? Or it needs activation ? And how can you activate that energy ??Can we fake an energy we don't nataly posses? Will it have the same effect ? IP: Logged |

Interesting question! I feel it is conscious vs unconscious stream of realisation,like you said. And then we have progressions - as conscious manifestation,and transits giving the opportunities for testing that. While this can be productive and purposeful,I think that many notice difference - that non-natal energy is not as believable,expressive,effortless. IP: Logged |

Right, but what if I have been practicing/improvising this sort of energy since a young age ? What about synastry(s) ? Supposing I'm not showing my true self, will the aspects also have an impact ? IP: Logged |

Well, voids are supposed to manifest in overcompensation, so I think that's an indicator that we at least try to "fake it 'til we make it," consciously or not.IP: Logged |

yes, interesting question  I will say, we can fake the energy of an aspect we dont have ----momentarily. temporarily. to me, fake it till u make it might work for a while, but the aspects in ur chart will always find a way to make themselves felt just my opinion, though. i could be totally wrong. not like ive done any research studies on this or anything. yes! My sister has nearly all her planets in feminine watery signs ... including the ASC being in Cancer, but she was convinced at young age that she must be capable of changing the whole gender role stereotype and started acting all macho since then ... till now she's very tomboyish. She has Venus Conjunct ASC -weird- and other aspects seems easy/not challenging ... not too many squares and oppositions.
