What are your parents signs and do they correspond with you? Also for instance if two scorpios have a child together and the child is a cancer would they have more of a Scorpio look about them because the cancer is connected to the mother, so look more like her, thus a Scorpio?

No. When it comes to astrology and looks, it's a bit more subtle. You could have dark hair like your parents, but it may be "lighter" than normal. Or you could be skinnier than the rest of your family if you have Gemini Rising, but that doesn't mean you're automatically skinny.

In any case my mom is a Pisces Sun, Pisces Rising, Aqua Moon. My MC (indicates same sex parent) is in Pisces and I'm an Aquarius Sun. My Venus is also in Pisces.

My dad is a Taurus Sun, Sag Rising (same degree as my Gem Rising) and Sag Moon.

Their composite 5th house is in Gemini.

this is interesting.

i recently got my dad's birth time and he's a capricorn sun and moon
and my mum is a libra sun and moon both 13 degrees apart on their respective charts

=aries sun and moon conj by 3 degrees

i blatantly look more like my dad than my mum tho despite my MC in cancer which is my mum's rising sign.

My parents both have the Mutable/Cardinal combination = Sun/moon pattern; My mother has a Virgo Sun/ Capricorn moon, my father has a Capricorn Sun/ Sagittarius Moon and I have a Cancer Sun/ Gemini Moon.

My mother and I both have Earth rising signs; mine Taurus and her's Virgo. We both have Air and Venus influence in the first and second house. Her Virgo( Air/mercury) asc and Libra (Venus) in the first house & Second, I Taurus (Venus) Asc conjunct moon in (gemini/air/mercury), Venus in Gemini in 1st house, Gemini ruling the second house.

My little brother and sister both have dark brown eyes. So does my mom. My sis has a cap asc. Little brother is either Leo or Cancer asc. My big brother has a lighter brown set of eyes and is more fair. He has a Scorp asc. I have naturally light blue eyes, I can tan but I burn first. I am by far the fairest of the kids and I think it's because my Scorpio Ascendant. My big brother is a first decan Scorpio ascendant which I read tends to have darker hair and skin of the scorpio ascendants.

So yeah, I agree with amowls. It applies to my family.
I still think it relies on your genes but since it's possible for me to have light eyes bc my moms dad - the Scorp asc is why I got them.

I also have a body more like a Scorpio asc/womanly curves whereas my sister has more of a fuller/straight up and down body.

My mom is a Pisces and my 4th house cusp is Pisces.

Dad is a Taurus and that's the sign of my Mars.

Mom is Leo rising, my sister is Leo rising also yet I am a Leo sun. We all have our Mars in an Earth sign. I also have my Mars, Ascendant, and Moon in a Pisces duad so I am not as aggressive as my bevy of fire would otherwise intend me to be. My sister is a Cancer with heavy Neptune influence.

Mom has Venus opposite Pluto and square Saturn, I have the same aspects but in reverse, square Pluto and opposite Saturn. My sister has all these in trine.

I noticed a pattern in my family that branches out slightly to the extended.

In my immediate - we share a preponderance of fire/earth in our charts.

Extended - what connects my mom to hers is her air Venus. Almost everyone on her side has some vital angle or planet in air. Either Aquarius or Gemini.

For my dad, its his Leo rising. Leo in general, actually. My grandfather had leo moon (like me) while my two cousins are both leo suns, and so forth.
And I take a lot from his side of the family - corresponding with my ruling planet (Mars) in Leo.

My mother and I both share water sun fire moon & water ac . I'm a scorpio sun, leo moon , pisces ac and she has a cancer sun , aries moon & also a pisces ac.
My two brothers with the same mother one with another father but have grown up together both have the mix of air earth and water . Noah is a virgo with gemini moon scorpio ac and ryan is a scorpio with libra moon and a Taurus ac. I also moved out for a while and in that house everyone had a water sun and fire moon! all 4 of us also someones mom in that house also had that combination.

My mom is a Cancer, born on the Cancer/Leo cusp. My dad is an Aries.

I'm a Capricorn, my sister is a Capricorn, and my brother a Scorpio.

The only things that are really common among us are my sister and I are both Capricorns with Sagittarius moons. My brother has Sun and Mars in Scorpio, I have ASC and Venus in Scorpio. We all have Pluto in Scorpio.

All we children have fire moons (brother's is Leo), my mom's moon is a fire sign (Aries). My dad has ASC and Moon in Aquarius - my sister has Venus in Aquarius.

My dad has Mars in Pisces..so do I.

My brother, sister, and I all have Venus in our 1st house.

My best friend's family connection is crazy! She is a Cancer sun with Gemini ASC, Gemini Venus. Her two sons both have Gemini ASC, one of them has Gemini venus. Her husband is a Scorpio with Scorpio mars. One of their boys is a Scorpio with Scorpio mars, too. He has two other kids from another woman, and the daughter is a Scorpio. Crazy!

Both of my parents are Virgos, my mom having Moon AND rising also in Virgo, while my dad has an Aquarius Moon and either a Virgo or a Libra rising (I was thinking making a thread asking for opinions actually...)

I have a Virgo rising and, like my mom, my Mercury is in Libra. I definitely look more like her than I do my dad. Both of my parents have Cancer Venuses and my Venus is in Scorpio...

A running theme in my family is Earth and Air being dominant in charts. Water can make some surprise bulk appearances in a member here or there, and Fire is really low.

My mom was a Leo, born 4 days before me, I was set to be born on her birthday but instead, was born August 23rd in the middle. My dad is a Libra, so I was born in the middle, literally lol.We generally are always bickering- my whole house hold but I get along more with my dad than my mom and always have. My dad is Libra with Virgo Moon and Scorpio Rising and I'm Virgo with Aries Moon and Capricorn Rising;my mom is Leo with Leo Moon and Gem rising.
