Venus sextile Saturn and
Sun sextile Saturn with somebody..

But that somebody has Venus square Saturn and Sun square Saturn in his natal. Could this effect our synsatry? Common sense tells me yhea but could our tight less than 2 degrees on both override it

I don't think any synastry aspect will ever override a natal aspect.

With that said, Saturn sextiles in synastry are far from being negative.

Good luck with breaking those walls down though, such an afflicted Saturn probably won't be very easy with feelings/affection/relationships and whatnot. The guy may very well be inhibited in the romance area and have self-confidence issues.
