This is just an idea I was thinking about earlier. I wanted to see what everyone felt and thought on here.

The idea: It seems that though we carry on the traits from our start point natally that the transits are the bulk of what we feel and act upon. It has more weight in terms of effect on our life.

For example the moment we are born, the planet placement molds us and our life/destiny. And that influence has a kind of echo that is carried forward, but then we are also affected by the current situation of planets. How the current placement affects us is mixed into a proverbial pot with the way the "echo" placement is affecting us. The result is the sum total of the effect that the natal + the transit has on us.

Now if you look at the natal "echo", it's energy wears off as time progresses from the start point. I know for sure in vedic astrology that lots of bad aspects one has subside after 30-35. That's the theory at least. The reason could be because the "echo" energy decreases.

Anyway, so that makes me think that the transits/ the current placements have a much stronger influence on us than do the natal ones.

Now, I don't know if "echo" is the right term to be used here or if we should say ripple effect. Whatever. lol

If someone needs me to clarify more I'll be willing to do that. I hope I didn't make a mess of explaining myself here. :P
