My Venus makes an exact semi-sextile to my Mars and it's not fun.Venus in Libra wants harmony, equality, not too much passion or drama. Mars in Scorpio on the other hand craves intensity, passion, drama, depth.. So, what's to do? Do I become polyamorous or what? Can anyone relate? Do you have conflicting desires in love and how do you deal with them?

Incompatible sign= square??I have leo venus , scorpio mars... Although it's square, I still want the passionate relationship with the loyalty , in my case I don't think it's work against eachother at all. IP: Logged |

It doesn't have to be a square, actually square signs at least have the same modality so they share some similar characteristics.More like inconjuncts cause they're totally different. Frustrating. IP: Logged |

incompatible signs are those with a different polarity and different elements. These correlate with aspect-relationships between signs of: square quinkunx semisquare So for Sagittarius that would be: Virgo and Pisces Taurus and Cancer Capricorn and SCorpio (Earth and water as you can see) Incompatible does not really need to mean that these will never ever succeed in a relationship with each other (if we are talking about synastry), it means thought that they speak fundamentally different "languages".
Especially, fire and earth, and water and air are VERY different, though this of course can be a cause of tremendous fascination. Fire and water, though different, still hae something in common, as Ras pointed out, their orientations is an emotional one, feelings and intuition matters, and they are interested in what *could* be (at least I think water signs might be interested in that as well). Earth and Air, as different they are, are more matter-of-factly, concerned with reality and what *is*, though Airsigns are more interestem in the concepts and abstracts and UNDERSTANDING of reality, while Earth signs are more pragmatic, and want to WORK with what is. At least that is how I see it. I have read a few books by Karen Hamaker-Zondag and I think, like Liz Greene, she is very influenced by the Jungian psychological approach in how the various elements organize the world surrounding them. So I guess I am pretty much influenced by this.

Mars in Capricorn in 11th and Venus in Aquarius in 12th. Is that a semi-square?Edit: never mind, it isn't. More like 15 degrees rather than 22.5 degrees. IP: Logged |

Venus in Leo wants to partay, Mars in Taurus is touchy-feely. I'd say they complement each other well, because my drive and my desire for romance is pretty fixed, and primarily physically expressed. The only issue is finding someone who can HANDLE it IP: Logged |

I have a clingy moon and a freedom-loving Mars. How do I deal? I'm clingy but I go out a lot. Does that make sense? lol.
