Even if I end a relationship I'm never able to fully accept that I'll never see that girl again. I guess you could say I have a hard time letting go. What aspects or planets would cause this?IP: Logged |

Ugh...this describes my ex. I agree that Cancer has a hard time letting go as well as charts with a lot of fixed signs (leo, scorpio, aquarius, taurus). IP: Logged |

Cancer moon, Cancer sun/venus conjunction.i would agree with fixed signs, especially Scorpio..and surprisingly, Aquarius. i have Scorp ASC/Venus/Pluto and yeah, if i reallllly like someone and sex was involved, i have a very hard time letting go. i get psycho crazy over it. i've only really been in love once..and he broke my heart, and it hurt me greatly for a year and a half. i actually went on a solo trip overseas for 6 weeks just to get away from the energy of it all.. I have a water void and after breaking up with my ex, it took me a year to start dating again. Call it obsession or whatever..when I love someone no one else exists in the world for me.

Here are some possibilities based off of myself, and people I know who cannot move on even after emotional explosions and unhealthy relationships have ended, or they can't let something unhealthy go:Venus in Aquarius or Scorpio in the 8th house.
Venus in Scorpio in the 11th house.
Mercury square Pluto.
Pluto in the 7th/opposite ASC.
Venus trine Saturn.
Moon in Scorpio in the 4th house.
Venus in Scorpio conjunct Jupiter in Scorpio.
Mars in Cancer - VERY common with this one... Nostalgia and longing, mixed emotions on lovers. IP: Logged |

We cant get over real love easy. If we get it over easy we was in love in our feelings and not in the person. .. If it takes time it was real love and thats life its take time. IP: Logged |

I know of someone who can't seem to get over her ex. They broke up over 2 years ago, and she's still hanging on. She's a Taurus Sun, Leo ASC, and Virgo Moon. Her n.Moon and n.Saturn conjunct. Plus she has n.Saturn square n.Venus. Tons of Earth in her chart, and very heavily aspected n.Neptune. Kind of sad, really. They went out for only about two and a half years. I have only been in a couple long term relationships and part of the reason is that I know I will have the hardest time letting go once I have opened myself up and been intimate. When my relationship with my ex played out, it was really easy for me to walk away, but with my current relationship, I don't think I will ever truly be over him if we break up. I know deep down I will never be impartial towards him. I have Taurus sun trine Saturn, Cancer moon opposite Saturn exact, Leo rising, Gemini Venus biquintile Pluto, Aqua mars square Pluto.
