what really happens? do part of your looks change or does the filter through which you see life change? both?what have you noticed happening when your ascendant progressed to the next sign? my ascendant is at 0 scorpio so it is still in scorpio for a few more years but i am kind of looking forward to it moving to sag.. Mine is moving into Gemini this year. When it moved into Taurus, my Aries ASC metabolism face-planted and I have struggled with weight, depression, and body image the whole time (my natal Chiron is in Taurus 1st House). Before I realized my ASC was cusping, I lived at a monastary to learn how to deal with my depression, started eating vegan and have been playing around with raw fruitarianism. When I discovered my ASC was progressing I just kinda chuckled to myself. I'm pretty positive that in a couple years I will be a lithe, bright-eyed, big-grinned werebutterfly, who screws everything that walks and then gets offended when people call me a ho (that is if all these Gemini injections set). =) IP: Logged |

My ASC pr into Capricorn when I was having my Saturn Return as well.I graduated from university and moved out from home, to a city where the teacher-in-training course took place; had to REALLY function in a grown-up-world (which is not my natural environment  ), paying bills, taking responisibility, the first real job and and an.
It was so Saturnian (well Saturn rules my 2nd house). There was a lot of pressure, but also the experience that I have more persistence and strength than I would ever have thought possible. After that when my pr ASC was conjunct my Venus (it is still within 2 degrees of that conjunction, and bobth being transited by Pluto), I definitely felt a big change.
It is a shifting of perspective somehow. It does not always occur together with an external event, though often external events either trigger or reflect internal psychological processes.
In my case Venus is in Cappy in 1st house, squaring Pluto, which means that my pr ASC is also progressing (still applying) to a square to natal Pluto. And that the Tr Uranus-Pluto-square is interwoven in it all. my Venus: 6 Cap
my pr ASC: 8 Cap
my Pluto: 9 Libra
my MC: 5 Libra
Venus rules 5th, 6th and 10th house and is in 1st house
Pluto rules 11th and 12th house and is in 10th house.
Half of the houses in the zodiac are affected! lol IP: Logged |

Well, I haven't experienced an ASC progression into another sign, but I think it does affect one's appearance and outlook on life, but in a subtle way. You still keep your natal ASC as the "main" ASC, you know?I know someone who has Aqua ASC natally and Aries in progression, and well, I totally thought they had an Aries rising, at first. Now Aqua makes sense but still, the Aries influence can be felt.

pASC on 0 Scorp,definitely felt,only I had been having Pluto transits up to that point,so I can't really pinpoint it,except I became more gaunt in appearance,as oppose to fleshy,full Libra Asc.

My ASC progressed to Cancer when I was 3 or 4. My mom told me that I started being less outgoing (but she blamed me starting school, I know it's because of progressions). The fun thing about having ASC in Cancer is that the progressed Moon changes signs every 2 years, so I get to sort of experience ALL THE SIGNS.I can't wait for my ASC to be in Leo though, I want the popularity lol. My ASC will progress into Leo in autumn 2013. First time my ASC progresses into another sign. I am a Leo natal with a first house sun, but I feel that as time passes I am becoming more and more my true self. Should it be progressed leo asc? I'm waiting when it'll progress to Libra! Now it's 27 Virgo, not so much to wait, i guess. oh no, only on 2017  Oh, crap! What awaits me when it progresses to Libra! My Sun, Venus both conjunct Pluto within 2 degrees, all of it squaring my Moon, which will have made it's return.  IP: Logged |

My ASC has progressed into Sagittarius, from Scorpio. I dunno...I still come across as very Scorpio, and still feel very Sagittarian (my Moon) so I'm not sure that I really buy into the whole progression b.s.IP: Logged |

Just realized my Asc progressed into Gemini for a couple years now my asc has always been 2 degrees away from Gemini in Taurus. Well that explains why I feel more connected to my gemini placements and the whole not aging thing.......IP: Logged |

Hey allNot sure where my Asc is progressed but i for sure know as a cappie asc this past two years in saturn return has been tough! And my health too, had a major operation on my gums this summer....good change though, it needed doing for medical reasons but have heard that cappie rules bones etc?

My ASC is progressed in Aquarius which is what my natal moon is. I also have progressed moon in Gemini and progressed Sun in Libra...To say that I'm airy these days is an understatement! lol!!!! 
Actually, I'm feeling highly passionate and I'm already a passionate person...It must be my progressed stelium of Sun, pluto, mars, uranus, mercury all in the 8th! Yikes! Of which Sun, Mars, Uranus trine Aquarius Asc.Fun post! IP: Logged |

My PR AC has been in conj to my mercury 7, uranus 8 in virgo. Today my PR AC 10 in virgo is exactly on the midpoint uran 8/pluto 12. My whole life feels change direction. I feel the slow change in my life. I also put on weight and got a new hair color. From light to dark. Ive got many new friends and my old friends feels passed. My house 7 rulers is uranus and my new relationship start around the time from PR AC to mercury/uranus.I also on the same time got PR venus in conj to my N AC conj N Sun About a half year I will get PR Sun in square to N venus IP: Logged |
