Are they calculated from the location you had the Return or from the location you live during the return year? I have read conflicting information on the location and am trying to find out what works best. I went on vacation for my return so I am not sure which location would be the most accurate to use. Any ideas?

I switch between two country all the time. I also have my birthday in august. Sometimes I gone at vacation in august. I stoped use location where I live during SR when I on 2 years SR exactly time was sitting on a train.

It seems to me be the most correct use the place we where born. That location meant to us. That cant was meant we would like change location and the life will give us a better year.
