also there are different kinds of dealings we are talking about salespeople and counselors, psychologists etc to social workers. What would aspects would you say for both? good and bas aspects, signs etc.

Sun in H10 and ideally, making a positive aspect to the ASC shows a possible image as one who can be professional, business-like, seen as a natural sunny authority figure, one of an almost natural importance, one who can work hard to shine through their achievements.

Pluto in H12 is the natural psychologist's personality. With personal growth and wisdom through certain life events they can naturally detect and see into the psychological foundations/reasonings of others but can be confused by their own.

I think Moon trine Ascendant is a good one. Moon and Mercury in the 7th house as well. These are nice harmonious and intimate aspects for dealing with people on a one-to-one basis.
