I have noticed a repetitive theme for me. Perhaps it's my Uranus Scorpio 7th House, perhaps it is my Moon Virgo 6th House (sextile Uranus), perhaps it's just having Pluto in the 6th House.Whatever it is, I find my self increasingly attracted to people the more broken they are. Today for example, I met the son of my parent's friend. When I first saw him, I was actually not attracted to him, but within a few hours, I found myself very attracted. I was indoors working on something when he arrived, so all of this happened before we even had a chance to meet. When I was finished with my task I asked my mom who he was, "That's our friend's son. He just got back from the middle-east. His unit was apparently pinned down for 5 days and he is one of the only two who survived". This happens pretty often to me. I sense the damage and for some reason that is pretty to me (Venus Scorpio 8th House perhaps?), I just want to pet it and make it feel better (Chiron Taurus?). Anyone else attracted to damaged goods? Yes, I have this also, I'm even born with it. An everlasting attraction regardless of my cultivated/conditioned views (in favour of the fittest on earth ofcourse) which radically changed over the years.
I've always ascribed this to my (Leo)-Sun in the 12th house. But I guess also my (leo)-SN in the 12th and Aqua-Mars/NN in the 6th play a role here. It wouldn't surpise me either if my Scorp-IC/Moon/Jupiter & Pluto exact conjunct my Sun/Moon midpoint have a hand in it.
I'm thinking about Neptune now..Btw, the Sun is not only IN my 12th but also the ruler of my 12th (if that's important) IP: Logged |

Yes, it happens to me too, though with me, they are attracted to my light and then my attraction is in reply to theirs.I'm a natural healer and I've learned to understand where my place is, especially with animals and children. I heal the emotionally and psychologically wounded but like a mid-wife, I'm only there for a temporary time until they are strong enough to leave my influence and care and then it's time for me to let them go. That was the hardest part. Still is. ------------------

Broken souls are attracted to me as much as I am attracted to them...But I think this says it all...Pisces sun, Neptune in the 12th... I am highly Aquarian as well which gives me the universally altruistic flair, but I am also big on self responsibility. Xiiro, similar to you, I have Moon (in Taurus) in the 6th, which is mixed up with all my Aqua stuff and part 3 grand squares, squaring Uranus in Leo in the 9th. I have never had a man in my life without issues, but then again, I have pleanty of my own... Like attracts like, perhaps? t~~~ o, and had to add, my Scorpio rising and Pluto keeps me intrigued and wanting to probe to the depths of the human psyche

Because Scorpio/Pisces combinations tend to be out of this world nuts. I'm not judging you (or anyone with that placement) for it... crazy people make life more interesting. Plus, I often find the "crazy" ones are a lot smarter than the rest of us.

I don't know if "broken" is a good word - wait, no yeah it's a good word.I'm usually attracted to complicated and cruel types. I'm attracted to guys who don't want me, guys who aren't going anywhere, who use drugs, who smoke...guys who are the opposite of me when you think about it. Saturn, Uranus and Neptune in the 7th. Thanks for your replies so far guys. I think I am seeing a trend. In order of intensity:Sun conjunct Neptune in the 8th House
Sun and Neptune's ruler in Cancer Moon in Virgo 6th House square Sun/Neptune 8th House Venus in Scorpio 8th House square Saturn in Virgo 5th House Chiron sextile Sun/Neptune's ruler, qunicunx Venus, and trine Saturn. Mars in Leo 5th House square Uranus Scorpio 7th House. Good times! IP: Logged |

I am a haven for guys especially, who are broken, have alcoholism especially... and have intimacy issues, emotional damages, sometimes abusive/broken childhoods and families. Here are the aspects I feel really contribute:Saturn in the 3rd in Pisces is the dispositor of my 2nd house planets Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn. I can eloquently and wisely speak and communicate the difficulties and issues of my generation. I know how to really make an impact with the things I say to people. I also have the asteroid Angel in the 7th trine Saturn, which makes me think that the things I say can make people feel comforted in partnerships. Moon is conjunct Chiron trine Uranus-Neptune in the 2nd in Capricorn. I have Chiron square my ASC/DES axis, making me more likely to find a damaged partner or be wounded/close the wounds of others in a relationship. Venus in Scorpio is sextile Chiron, Venus is conjunct Nessus and opposition 5th house Lilith. It also makes a sextile to Neptune. IP: Logged |

It would very much turn me on, too! I don't know what to call it.. I always thought it was the camaraderie that turned me on but maybe it's the bdu's or the m16.Either way, i'd shower them in air conditioning and ice cold crystal light before i try to get a look at their battle scars after they tell me their story about being overseas.. I have Mars in da Twelfth...Scorpio Venus Rx...and "broken" people are attracted to me! Maybe it's my natural confidence/"charisma" but they always see me as some wonderful being. I'm not wonderful! Omg. In three rly bad cases, they became obsessed with me...soooo frustrating.  IP: Logged |
