I'm realizing how tough this moon position is, but I don't have it, my niece does , and I'm definitely seeing lots of pain with her momma(my sister). my sister is an alcoholic and always puts men before her daughter. she is going through a divorce right now and is already dating again, and she's left madison in mine and my moms care a lot lately, she has been with us all weekend and she was wanting her to come over again tonight, but madison pitched a fit and has been crying, I went over to pick her up and she refused to come, she told my sister that she's been gone all weekend and wants to stay at home for a change, she said momma you never spend time with me, you don't even want me around, my sister didn't even reassure her that she loved her or nothing, she said your being a butthead, get ready your going with dusty! madison continued to refuse and my sister finally gave in and said fine! do what you want and stormed out on the porch to rejoin her new lil boyfriend. I feel so bad for that little girl  any other 12th house mooners here who had similar experiences with their moms.IP: Logged |

My wife has a 12th House Moon. Her mom was a really fine woman and I love her dearly. Her mom sacrificed it all for her four children and did no such thing. I don't think parents should divorce. And I don't think parents should date. Their absolute first priority in life ought to be their children and nothing else. IP: Logged |

Sorry to hear about your niece I have a 12th house Moon square Mars in H4. I had very similar experiences with my mother and spent several years in an abusive home situation. Does your niece have a square or opposition to Moon from Mars? I've studied a lot of charts with mother issues with this particular aspect present. It's not a guarantee of mother/child issues, but I've seen it too often in connection to that and I don't believe in coincidence. Could also be a Moon/Saturn square as well or Uranus in H4.
