What are the chances and how many years must pass before it's your turn again? Say, the scorpio in pluto generation is the only generation that can express it, so only when pluto returns to that sign, can that entire generation be reborn with all of the other planets in their respective place.

What do you think life will be like when you're born again after you arise from your deeeeep slumber?

Not only that, it's just common sense - because supposedly one of the points of reincarnation in the first place is to keep coming back to learn new things. you can't do that if you're the exact same person astrologically, every single time. You're going to come back in a different body, different gender, different ethnicities, whatever, to make sure you have as many different experiences and learn as many different things as possible. The idea that people only come back exactly the same, with the exact same chart every time, is inherently asinine when you think of what reincarnation IS and is FOR, in the first place.

Let's say your lessons this time are of a Scorpio nature and you don't quite make it, next incarnation you will of course have to repeat some of those lessons and you may come back as a Sun conjunct Pluto, whatever it is it will reflect the advances or regressions you've made.

I think the 29th degree defines this.
You're basically finished with the lessons of that sign but lack one small lesson/detail, being on the 29th degree you are almost guaranteed to get it right this time and sitting on that anaretic degree, shows you're outlook is on the following sign, this is why you will carry the preceding signs traits.

Maybe. Remember when obama ran for election based on HOPE? If you read the saggitarius part of what linda posted, you'd see "hope" being a sagittarius thing and the presidential race was on as pluto left sagittarius. I think that maybe the entirety of scorpio is what your placement is about. I have venus at 29 Cancer and i couldn't be more loving or nurturing if i tried. It's at the expense of not knowing how to receive it in return. It's really odd when i find out then that a lot of people actually like me and want to express it.

That's been my experience with a 29th planet. It's no pluto, though.

Being on the 29th degree is a fated degree so your generation will have a "fated" effect on the world.

I highly recommend Martin Schulman's series on Reincarnation.
This should be required reading for all serious Astrology students.

Well, but nothing will be the same.

Personality is a byproduct of environment and upbringing. It doesn't mean that technology or nature will be the same. Our reactions to certain things may be but in the end, it's all relative and if it ever did happen in a way that your chart remained fixed, what are the chances that the planets will line up in the exact same way?

just strange to see how a degree can effect large amounts of people like that

and anyway i have mars conjunct pluto so even if its no planet it still has effect in my chart

and lets not start about the loads of asteroids i found conjuncting my planets
