I was checking my transits bc I have been in the worst mood yesterday as well as it spilling over to today. I noticed Pluto went direct (which is squaring my mars) How is transiting Pluto affecting you? It was in retrograde since April 10, 2012 http://www.evolutionofmbs.com/blog/plu to-goes-direct-september-18-2012-uranus-squares-pluto-september-19-2012-by-astrologer-kelly-simas/ Haha apparently Pluto in retrograde has to do with introspection. Which is when I joined tis community IP: Logged |

Interesting... "During this retrograde we have been urged to let go attachments, addictions, obsessions while undergoing a period of cleaning house. Letting go of the old, making way for the new. Where in life do I feel out of control? What is controlling me? Where am I giving my power away? What am I trying to keep under control? Where do I maintain my sense of empowerment? These are the questions that we need to me asking ourselves... Now that Pluto is going Direct, we will be able to take action with the inner work we have just went under, allowing us to make the necessary changes to our lifestyle that will promote healthier state of mind, healthier state of being. This will be a powerful time to use this energy outwardly, felt both personally and globally." I really connect with all of this. When Pluto when Rx I was going through periods where I was dealing with issues I had concerning self-isolation, breaking free from it - learning how to socialize more and put myself out there for the first time in years. Months later I got into an obsessive relationship where I had to look at myself and question why I am so codependent and overly attached to certain people, and certain ideals... why I feel so rejected and abandoned easily. This ended up leading me into one of the best therapy programs I've ever been in. Hopefully now I'll begin to see more results from the therapy program, and also if I take the leap with anti-anxiety meds I feel that it will pay off. Pluto is obsession and control... for so long I tried to control these problems on my own, hide them without help. Now I can see it wasn't the best choice. Sometimes letting go of old thinking habits and patterns is SO difficult it's like a knife in the heart, agony... since it's so familiar to you. Maybe now I'll learn to get rid of, finally, some of those old thinking patterns. IP: Logged |

Wow. We really do have a lot in common. During the retrograde or maybe it started before? I got really bad social anxiety almost to the point of agoraphobia. I got put on an anti-anxiety medicine, began working and socializing again, and now I feel more social than I've been - probably since I was like 12. I got off the anti-anxiety probably last month but officially told my doctor not to bother prescribing it to me anymore last week because I don't take it anymore. (it definitely helped me when I was on it but social anxiety gets easier with socializing) I was in therapy too during the retrograde but eased out of it when I didn't find i needed it anymore. One of my favorite spiritual/psychological/emotional things I learned during this was this audiobook I listened to called "return to love" by marianne Williamson and I'd recommend it to anyone who will listen. I'm really happy for you that you began to deal with problems with the help of outside people/support/therapy because in my opinion, it's the only thing that helps me. IP: Logged |

I'm just happy it's moving forward so it can finally stop squaring my mars! That transit hit me like a ton of bricks when it started last November IP: Logged |

Thanks for the audiobook idea - I'll have to try it and tell you what I think. We both have 12H Pluto, right? So maybe this is why the Rx transit was hitting us both so hard... I do see many similarities between us. (And I still can't get over how we live like 40 minutes away from each other!) I'm glad that you felt well enough to stop going to therapy. Sometimes you get to a point where you no longer need consistent therapy to be ok, and feel stable, which is what I'm aiming for one day. I feel it's interesting that things seem to be happening in the reverse for us... with Pluto direct now you are finding the strength to be Ok without therapy and meds for the first time, I am finding the strength to actually try therapy and meds for the first time. It's incredible how Pluto's change is manifesting. I have to admit that I'm learning to tear down old walls, start opening myself up and just be more social than I have been in over 3 years, and it's amazing what it's done for me. I have way more acquaintances, go to parties and get togethers, I have a few close friends, a job, and even a boyfriend. I feel the Pluto Rx transit was a way of me being able to look inside and really examine destructive ways and how to get out of them. IP: Logged |
