Hello!

I am super curious about Mars conjunct Neptune people. Are they prone to be liars or does it make them more day dreamers? Do they tend to fall into sexual or drug addictions?

I have this in Capricorn. I have no drug addictions. Lying is usually considered a mercury thing, not mars-related.
My mercury is in Pisces so I am indeed a good liar.. but I don't think it's connected to my mars placement.

Basically 90% of the negative things about this aspect do not fit me. I have always been a very decisive person. I know what I want. I go after what I want. I also have a cardinal Sun.
I am not confused about my direction etc... it's all BS.

The only way in which is clearly affects me is sexually. I would identify as being demisexual - which seems kind of strange and Neptunian. I'm also pretty intuitive and can figure out a course of action that benefits me/people I care about - in an almost psychic way.

It just occurred to me that sometimes when people claim negative things don't fit their personality - it seems as though they may be in denial.
I'm very open about what I see as flaws in my character.. and things others have pointed out as flaws.
But these are simply not flaws that fit the Mars/Nept interpretation at ALL (I mean literally.. AT ALL) lol

where does your conjunction falls?

Mine is in Sagittarius, with Mars in 12th house and Neptune in 1st house and the ASC on the exact midpoint of these.

For me it had always the effect of not being really clear about my boundaries or how to maintain healthy ones; mine seem to be either too high and solid or not existent at all.

Mine is in the 7th on DC.
I'm Coral Frequency/Lauren (wasn't sure if you remembered this was my new nick!)

I think it might be different because your conjunction is in a mutable sign/mutable house... whereas mine is in a cardinal sign & house.
